Sarah N. is the Gyrokinesis class featured client of the month! I snapped a shot during class at Jersey City Ballet of Sarah executing a gorgeous reverse bridge from the Cat Back Series - one of her favorite parts of the class! “I like Gyrokinesis because I am able to destress and get tension out the proper way, so that I’m not hunched up from working at my desk all day long. I incorporate this work into my life when I’m at my desk, doing my Gyrokinesis stretches when I’ve been sitting for too long. I think it’s just a great way for my body to feel more comfortable in the way that it was made, so that I can feel better about my posture, better about how I’m moving, and doing things that are benefiting my body long term.”
