Hi New York friends! Great news! I am pleased to announce that I am expanding my teaching schedule in Greater New York!

I am excited to share that of this month, I am one of Kinespirit's newly up-and-coming Gyrotonic instructors at both their Upper West Side and Gramercy locations where I will offer both one-on-one Gyrotonic sessions as well as group classes! 

If you are interested in one-on-one training, please see my rates page for pricing.  If you have any questions or if you'd like to book a session, please click on EMAIL at the top right of the page, and send me a message! 

If you are interested in group training, starting this January you can find me for an intermediate Gyrotonic group class at their Upper West Side location, Mondays 12-1pm - and for the beginner Gyrotonic enthusiast, you can find me starting NOW! - Tuesdays 6-7pm at their Gramercy studio. Please contact the appropriate studio to reserve your spot.

We've had such fun arching, curling, and enjoying moving together the past year and half.  Although we're sad to see this class come to a close, let's celebrate together with one final hour of rejuvenating fitness! If you've never tried a Gyrokinesis class before, this would be a great opportunity to check it out!

We hope to see you this Monday 12/7 10:30-11:30am at Jersey City Ballet at The Brunswick Center for our last class! 

CELEBRATE ROCK THE 21 IN DOWNTOWN JERSEY CITY!

Rock the 21 is a cocktail reception in celebration of World Down Syndrome Day, happening Saturday, March 21st 7pm- 11pm at The Hyatt on the Hudson.

Ticket holders can look forward to an evening including:

• A Premium Open Bar
• Hors D'oeuvres & Chef Stations
• Dancing & Silent Auction
• Tricky Tray & 50-50 Raffle
  (Ticket holders have a chance to win a free Gyrokinesis class with Lauren Bastelli at Jersey City Ballet!)    

All proceeds for this fabulous event will go towards The Candle Lighters  and  National Down Syndrome Society.
