Hello NYC! I am very excited to announce my latest home - Studio Spiratis.
Studio Spiratis is a private Gyrotonic studio owned by Emily Smith. It is wonderfully located between Central Park and Lincoln Center, and offers the best in client and teacher education.
I will be available for sessions:
- Tuesdays 7:30am - 12:30pm
- Wednesdays 7:30am - 12:30pm
- Fridays 9:30am - 2:30pm
